After finishing his high school studies Lupakisyo continued with his university education in China and joined one of the renowned university, Dongbei University of Finance and Economics in Dalian, China majoring in International Business Management.

Dongbei University of Finance and Economics it is one of the oldest and largest modern universities in Dalian. It is also one of the top schools in China. With it’s graduates occupying high level positions in government and and private sector, especially in banking and finance sectors.

Dongbei University of Finance and Economics is famous for its education. Notable alumni of the University include Zhuang Xinyi: Vice Chairman, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), Lu Xin:  Deputy Minister, Ministry of Education of China. During his time at Dongbei, Lupakisyo started to analyze his life. He learned to balance the Chinese way of life with his native African way of living. In order to support himself and help his mom Lupakisyo did several jobs such as being a waiter at Diamond Bay where the Dalian high end monthly parties are held, modeling and he was also working as an educational consultant in kindergartens and training centers.
